The game is set to put people with similar skills in the same match, so unless I have the brain of a 8k mmr player while playing in 4-5k mmr bracket, I will not be able to compensate the huge mistakes my team makes, considering the enemy team is trying just as hard as me to win. From what kitrak is saying, if you are 8k and play in 4k bracket, being a lonely smart support = easy wins, and I agree, but if you are are a 4k support to a 4k core, any mistake that core makes = loss.

He's been the best wk for ages but this metagame is really sad for wk. When I had him in my team he was doing wonders with wk without items. It's as if he had a naked blink and did more than me with 6slots.
Cose in 6k, 7k, 8k, the amount of trash is a lot smaller then in 4k dooh. Its easy for a 8k to give advice about games when all he sees is skill above a certain threshold, when beneath crap happens that you cant imagine...
However, you CAN pull the weight of several others. If you go offlane and you single handedly crush three heroes, your team can 4v2 the rest. If you're support and you help your team win the entire early game, chances are you're gonna win.
THE ENEMY CORES ARE EQUALLY AS BAD, SO YOU'RE THE DECIDING FACTOR DUMBASS
Its kinda stupid to think so laniary, you will never be perfectly equal in skill and game-management as your opponent, and is this crap mm system puts a trash in your team, 90% of those times you are lost. Best known example is badman, while he had decent teammates he won 800 mmr spaming spectre, while he got placed in shadow pool some how, still spaming spectre, still being the same guy, still playing the same, he lost 700mmr. Its all about mm system, thesere are exceptional players whose skill go beyond, but they are so very rare...
Well, it's okay if there's no 'real' support on your team.
Playing your most comfortable carry heroes even though there's no real support is better than trying to play support heroes you don't really know.
there's actually wk guy, whos streaming soometimes 10-15k viewers average, top3 leaderboards(7k) and now he's 5.8, because hiddenpool+ur skill means nothing at all.
I'll just add that this guy goes for retarded builds, afk farms most of the time, starts flaming relentlessly after his teammates make even a small mistake and has almost no idea how to play anything other than 2-3 carry heroes.
I have 50 matches as bloodseeker in the past 12 months. dont think i spam the hero anymore
