I have a smurf where I random every game, I have won 3 games, and lost 10, and abandoned 4 and I am consistently playing with 5K people in unranked. You're just not good enough, it's got nothing to do with KDA, or winrate or anything you just need to get better at the game.

U play against acc buyer..lol

Pretty much what Havoc Badger said, I've got a smurf I made a long time ago to let noob friends play (when the game was in closed Beta). I played like 80 games on the account over the years doing stupid shit like randoming every game/pudge, dagon riki, and calibrated at 4.6K. Just improve your mechanics and understanding of the game.
