oh i had the same problem a long time ago. I went to Steam>Settings>Downloads and changed my download region to anything else. Restart the computer and it worked alright after that.
I remembered reading that a new firewall might be blocking the connection, but that was not the case for me. just check it to be sure yeah?

Hey guys i dont know if this is the right place to be asking for technical help but my game is not loading properly, like I que a match and then after when everyone accepts the game just gets stuck on the loading screen, this is even happening if I demo a hero or anything. I am able to open the steam overlay by pressing shift tab so I know the game is not frozen but i cant seem to pass the loading screen. Any help would be nice.
