Put all my votes on PL. Who the fuck wants a wisp arcana over a PL arcana. I mean I know theres a lot of wisp circlejerk on reddit cause he has no cosmetics, but honestly, the hero is barely played and an arcana would just be wasted on him. PL on the otherhand is relatively popular, kind of out of the meta atm since he's been nerfed so much but will eventually return once he gets rebuffed and an arcana on him would be far more used and useful.
