Does anyone know a cheat in a custom lobby to stay at level 1 so that I can practice last hitting and improve?

U can create 4 bots and keep them around u. If u wont find the cheat u need, this advice may help u, i believe

Or use abyssal underlord to decrease ur dmg to keep it on the same lvl or sth
