the fact that it dealt 120 damage was a joke. A lvl 1 spell is supposed to do 75, especially when a disable is attached to it. If X mark the spot wasn't that cheated, they could have nerfed it to 90 tough

And the community overreacts as always. Most of these are so minor, 4 dmg on drow, you won't even notice it. Diffusal cd barely matters unless you like purging an entire team and blowing all your charges in one fight.
The void one is big, will actually need to time how to use time dilation, but that's fine since he's an obscene offlaner, but most everyone maxes dilation last so won't be a huge difference in how void plays.
The kotl and bh ones are significant but good, fuck those op bitches.
And the axe one is pretty drastic if you want to jungle axe. That's probably the most significent in a pub.
Infused raindrops wasn't enough imo. Should be 12 seconds. You shouldn't be able to reduce two normal cd nukes in a row from one hero.
Soultrap. So arrow is a skillshot, shrapnel is an aoe and doesn't mandate the full DMG, ignite is DOT, and frostbite isn't a hard stun. Tho for those same reasons I don't think torrent needed a nerf

They didn't touch Windranger. Not sure how to feel about this
