I feel like diffusal is too stronk. To smoke then keep the person in smoke is rlly strong. U also need at least one dmg item, and it gives ur ulti mana burn against the whole team. It can carry ur dmg for a long time.

Tranq on riki is retarded. the regen takes way too long, why not get phase and a urn for the regen, which also gives hp abd mana regen, both of which riki loves. I rlly dont ubderstand tranq on riki, its not even like he is a hero like cent who loves the armor cuz he has hp and the regen cuz of double edge.
