Push the lane, farm jungle until they push lane back, repeat. If tower gets low and either a vulnerable defender or no defender, then take the tower.

When you're like level 7, so you can jungle efficiently and you've probably maxed pact, and the offlaner is solo and can't really contest you, should you push out the lane or no? Because if you don't I think it slightly restricts the offlaners farm because you're denying and last hitting as much as possible, if you push with pact you have time to farm hard camp and pull camp so more gold for you so which decision is better?
