Japan server's got quite a number of pinoys as well, used to play there to escape from sea players as well. Now im playing in australia server and i gotta say its way better, the players dont flame so much like in sea.

If we're talking about toxicity then Japan is either horrible or great. Depends heavily on if your team is winning or not. If we're talking about skill then its random as fuck, just like any other server.
