on second thought sandking needs a nerf 2.35 to 1.5 stunned duration any hero else with a stun can also kill someone easily especially slark.
also that long aoe scepter is so op needs a nerf!!!! i dont care if he turned into a useless hero just get rid of it its very cancerous and a good offlaner support. lane control too.

Tbh i hate to play against storm as sven, that guy just gonna zip around waiting my bkb wear off and i'm dead.
storm is a very strong hero in ranked game +4k in my smurf acc i have 78.95% winrate 19 matches ans 3 loses storm dont need a buff he can solo gank anyone. 13-15 min bloodstone->malevo ,euls or linkens >gg ez mmr
he doesnt need any buff. if you play him well and pick him in the right time like i do he is unstoppable
