Spamming 4-8 heroes, on which you feel confident and have a good winrate with.
No counterpicking, no picking what your team wants you to, only your own personal hero pool.
I've started getting MMR only after I stopped playing lots of heroes in ranked and sticked to a very limited, but reliable pool.
No other recipe really.
If you want to test heroes or broaden the pool later, play them unranked first.
I play garbage heroes/those I am bad at unranked and lose all the time, but variety is fun.
In ranked I've literally gained 2000 MMR points in less than a year of not-so-frequent games by playing exactly 6 heroes over and over.
The downside is, outside of my pool I feel very uncomfortable, so I started to slowly broaden it.
After a temporary rest, I'll try spamming the shit out of Treant in soloq. Like 50 games at least.
This hero is really good now and I like his playstyle.

which do you think is the best spamming heroes or being versatile? me is... Spamming heroes becuz if u spam one hero or two you can get very comfortable and master that hero and become winnable Always eazyyyyyyyy
