Vanguard on ranged heroes is a bad idea, Vanguard blocks physical damage yes but for ranged heroes it is reduced, like the Basher bash chance reduction.

Venge carry goes domi pike almost every game, after that u can go sb or deso or butterfly or bkb or satanic or whatever, but venge doesnt need to be tanky, she needs to deal dmg. As for tankiness she can buy skadi or satanic. A vang is actually fucking useless.

^ye if u want a similar cost item thats just better for venge buy a lance. Gives hp like vang but also some armor thru agi, and dmg and attack speed and the agi dmg gets multiplied by her passive bonus dmg and the range helps cuz venge doesnt have any.
