i think he's rly good in pubs and it is easy to not have 3k nw 30 mins in even in rly tough games because u clear waves/jungle really easily
not claiming to be good at support and jakiro in particular but it's been my go-to support for quite some time now and so far this is what works for me
i go 1-1-1 by lv3, usually q-e-w then max q->e->w
don't get ulti at 6 unless there's some good setup like chrono or bh
for talents u want spell amp most of the time but if the game's rly passive xp talents makes u have the same lv as ur cores and accelerates ur lv20, i'm not sure if it affects all the exp u get, but if it does then u need the same exp to get to lv 18 without talent so it basically saves u 2 levels till 20, and 1 more lvl on 20->25
then u want cast range most of the time for eul's setup, lens synergy and safety but then again the other talent makes ur q do massive dmg in addition to crippling whoever it affects, the problem is enemy cores eventually get bkb and give 0 shits about it and when bkbs get short they alrdy have massive hp pools so extra dmg doesn't matter at all
then u get the gpm talent and then ice path duration
u can get away with not going defensive items sometimes because of ur massive cast ranges, but most of the time u will still need glimmer/force/ghost
ideally u want smth like veil lens octarine or lens eul's octarine or w/e, basically u can play around ur massive cast ranges(especially eul's and atos) or around the fact if u're ahead enough with veil[+talent] u can just sneeze on some core and half of their hp's gone and they can't do shit because they have a 40 ms 100as slow on them
if u have enough to not die every fight u can also go stuff like greaves/pipe and be super annoying and hard to kill
That's it, Arcane Wand Euls then anything supportive
But I think Rod of Atos is too much of a cast range
Well if you have Void or Enigma as a teammate then Jakiro is a solid choice, he is also good at chipping the hp of buildings and OoV plus his third skill is a really good harassing kit with no mana cost.
