kill the small creep/s then iron talon the big creep so you can deal the most damage on it with desolate
desolate deals virtually no damage at lvl1
when maxed iron talon big creep then kill small
but the difference is still incredibly minor, probably irrelevant
you talon the bigger creep because then it will deal the most damage possible. After that the tomato will have less HP than the potato, so you kill it first and then get desolate's help to kill the small one. For other camps, you still talon the big creeps, but kill small ones first. That, of course, if you don't care about taking more damage yourself.

Desolate kinda makes it confusing using Talon to jungle efficiently.
Say for example, a Spectre with lvl one Desolate and Iron Talon is farming the Ursa camp ; do you Talon the small Ursa so that you can get faster Desolate value, or do you Talon the big Ursa like other heroes do? And if you DO Talon the big Ursa, do you proceed to killing the big or the small Ursa first?
How about camps with 3 creeps like the Satyr camp or the Centaur camp? How about when Desolate is maxed instead of lvl one? Someone explain the math/logic pls.
