if you give these heroes the strongest possible items im pretty sure that pa troll gyro will outdamage sven jug viper in a teamfight any day of the year.
like imagine how 3 rapier flak cannon hurts and you understand.
Carry shouldn't just be who does the most damage. It should be about how well they stack up 6 slotted late game to carry games and when their power spikes are. PA is a mid game carry, as is troll. Troll actually falls off late imo, he gets kited a lot, gets blow up once bkb is gone. PA is destroyed by silver edge and mkb late. While sven can still wipe an entire team with one good cleave crit. So it doesn't make sense.
I guess maybe the rating is based on the entire game? In that case I suppose PA is a 3 star cus she peaks mid game but is fairly unstoppable around that 15-30 minute mark before you have items to deal with her. So maybe that's why.
You can say whatever you want about PA late game; she gets 3 Divines and she shit stomp anything in the game with 1 dagger.
the reason pa is considered bad lategame is not that she stops killing things. It's that her enemies start being able to kill her easily.
Volvo dont hide that they even dont give a fuck about stars and etc. Thats why i c no reason to judge heroes by stars or whatever
These stars and bars should be reworked/removed altogether.
Instead just bring dynamic stats in game: to which lane the hero goes most commonly, core or support.
Replace the stars/bars with real truesight statistics, updates weekly/monthly.
I mean no one actually uses them right? Maybe brand new players and that's it? They are meaningless.

Stars seem to have been replaced with bars I guess? It strikes me a ludicrous that PA is a 3 bar carry but sven and jug are only 2 bars. And viper only has 1. Troll is also a 3 star which seems weird.
Any other funny ones you've come across?
