If you have a desperate reason to not die in that lane, which can be solved better by buying salve or tangos 110g x 2 = 220g
or else spending 225 gold just to let it evaporating in 2 minutes or less is same as letting them kill you or worse
You buy raindrops to survive ganks while having the mana regen farming
Oh, I don't think rubick can reduce most spells damage to a point it can't activate IRaindrops
Its more expensive than a tango or a salve for certain but u take 0 spell dmg for 5 spams from the enemy team on you. Espicially if the opponent team has alot of spammers and they decided to gang you, you cant salve in the middle of a gang.
Raindrop will be activated even if youre protected by ember flame guard or ta refraction just so you know
Ya but it will reduce the spell dmg from raindrop charge(120) first before ur flame guard, (not good for ta though). So ur flameguard stays on longer.

Let's say u get a lane with 2 spammers spellcasters, is this a good early item combo to gain 5 charge without taking dmg? Especially for heroes like ember or rubrick who has innate ability to reduce spell dmg.
