I think mask and echo is too much, plus s&y seems to be returning to prominence and you really don't have slots for all three. I'd go treads, mask, blink, s&y, daedulus, ac/heart.
echo has counter snynergy with mask cuz its less value to double hit with that much attack speed
also when they removed the attack speed slow from echo it became ungood.
the attack speed slow is useful if you're man fighting someone but you usually delete someone with stun + gods strength that it's not as big of a deal in my opinion. it's still a good item but now so is sny.

Discuss. I am building MoM with clarities every game, so I offset the fact I do not have mana regen from Echo. Should I start building Echo again, and if so, why and when? Is building both too much midgame oriented, or is the fact I can dissasemble MoM into Oblivion Staff (for Orchid) and Satanic (if I am getting it) good enough?
