I guess yes. The dblast is kind of very useful in setting or resetting for skills.

In a real game though, I must admit this talent is very underwhelming. Alacrity buff is ten out of ten times a more effective choice.

@Chains: Hmm, I think it depends on the player's play style. Cataclysm is a good "one time big time" skill, when casted and combo'd with the right skills at the right time, it can turn a game around. Alacrity is good for carry/phys dps invoker. It's also a decent choice if the player's style is not 'timing-based' or clash-oriented playstyle.
