You shouldnt even get any talent until level 22. Lol

To fully maximize his skillset

take lvl 10 talent at lvl 14 if u need an extra forge spirit at 15, for example when you need to splitpush without putting yourself in danger on lane

one point into Q provides the same lift duration as talent, plus way more than that (regen, cold snap)
one point into E provides the same meteor damage and also right click damage and sun strike/alac
imo this level 10 talent is just the most retarded talent design ever. If there are option to skip 10 and pick 15, no one will give it any fk until the last point at level 24.

Extra tornado time helps negate some status resistance.
