Probably take you 60 wins to get a star.

1 star is very likely 200mmr.

Meaning that 5 stars = 1k

i just won a game and go rank up from legend 3 to 4

You need to win roughly 6 games in order to gain one star. Every star represents 140 mmr (6 x 25 = 150). Every medal is 840 mmr (6 x 140 = 840)

You also have to consider what your starting mmr is: for example I'm Ancient 0 (Ancient starts at 4200 and I have 4215 mmr) and for me 5 wins should be enough to get Ancient 1 at 4340. But if you calibrate at let's say 4329, you will need just one win to get the star.
