You generally want to burst people down after you delivered your combo but before your fiery soul stacks wear off. So you don't really need to chase somebody down a lot of the times.

I can't think of many scenarios where there aren't 6 better items to get for Lina. But if you really can't burst people down even when 6 slotted then I guess you can go skadi and constantly apply the slow for your allies.

I'm sure you wouldn't want it before 6 slots on Lina and on a 6 slotted lina there are better items to get.

In the same way Skadi on OD can be 'situationally good' because it helps you kite bkbs and lets you survive the clusterfuk of burst.

But in general, if you can afford too waste money on a skadi for lina, you' probably already won.

Theres better items for a standard game, but it could be viable given the right circumstances

Thought of getting it too, good HP and a little armor instead of just Bloodstone. But never reached that point.
