Firstly i would focus on not dying too much in your case,watch your replay if you die 10+ times,find you silly mistakes and get better by that.
Also dont play such a complex hero as Invoker,you need to practice this hero with bots or unranked a lot.
I'm currently feeling that I'm getting better but but recently I got the battle pass and I'm using different heroes. I'm getting high kill games good gpm and high net work more often.
Spam a role dude, you can't be good at every role.
Find some good friends to party with, better if they have higher rank, learn.
