Jugg/naix/ember/pa are all fine. They are all amongst the strongest safelaners of the patch, no strong counters for any of them in this game.
void, he can easily lock down am, get away from mars ult and kill other very squishy heroes in his chrono really fast
Both pa and lifestealer but i would say pa. Really squishy heroes so u can kill them easily when u get bkb. U can abyssal am and blink away from mars ult and ignore him.
When u see str offlaner and all these squishy supports with their annoying spells and magic. Definitely life stealer
Meepo seems insanely good here. Hard counter to AM. Very good vs Mars. Free win for competent Meepo.
Another good pick would be Riki, but harder to pull of coz of mediocre laning stage. He is great vs squishy heroes, kinda counters Mars with backstab, and cloud is great vs AM.
Lifestealer is a pretty obvious choice. However, he nearly never feels bad.
Not mentioned one, and v. strong - Viper. Only downside is that he can't match AM in late game, so you need to end around 25min.

Radiant has:
- Oracle
- Earthshaker
- Phoenix
- Invoker
- ???
