I have no replays at all,and still got that error. I can download any replay in-game that is not older than 1 month,all replays older than a month-month and a half are not downloadable. Idk why
replay data is presumably stored somewhere on valve servers and storage costs money. deleting games older than one month cuts down on costs.
you need to download it before it becomes unavailable and then you can watch it any time you want

Even when i select to notify me when replay becomes available,nothing happens.
