Well there was a site called Dota inspector that would let you see all game data from whatever profile you wanted to even hidden, but valve asked them to shut the site down.
1. learn programming.
2. figure out how to do that.
its not possible even if u know programming. only way to gather that data is iterating every match data. and for doing that u need a lot of resources, MONEY!!!

From the block alone I knew he was either smurfing or cheating, and it became obvious it was the former after 4 mins in lane. Then when I frustratedly called it out “fck off smurf”, he says “just because I beat you in lane I’m smurfing? Ty” Like it’s so clear that you’re at least 2 medals above this bracket, either that or have some injected cheats

You can just use overwolf (dotaplus) and it instantly tells you if there is a Smurf in the game or not!
its very accurate and its super obvious since it gathers data from all time, plus short time, plus hero data.
When ever you see smurfs or booster you very often see their winrate and kda not being the normal 50% and 3kda ish but rather 10-15 Which insanely high.
To put in perspective ;
3 kda is when you have about 10 kills and 10 assists and 6 deaths. thats 3.33 kda
When you have 20 kills and 20 assists and 3 deaths you get about 13.333
When ever people get higher than about 5+ kda its because they are in the wrong bracket or played above their bracket.
but then again, you cannot really do much since the game has started, i often look however since i know who to focus on shutting down.

First off, just want to stress that this is not a complaint or whining post...just an observation, and might even not apply to everyone, so apologies in advance to those who have already gotten their flamethrowers (+ a hard-on) out just reading the title. And to reiterate this point, smurfs and boosters on your team can also be detected and the chances are even that it can be on your team or the enemy team.
To do this, whenever you have a game where u suspect u were carried by a booster, or stomped by one, just note down the game. After some time has passed, maybe a week or 2, you can look at the game again and it shows you all the player's current medal. If the suspect's medal has gone up by 4-5 stars then you can be pretty sure that you were correct. I went through some of my games from 2 months ago and found some. You can make your own conclusions on it, but it has a roughly equal chance of happening in your team as it is for the other team.
