I gave away my account when i left dota i was like 4.5k mmr. now i come back now before creating this account i tried to play on a friend's account who is archon. i won few games but could'nt really boost. so i created this account i have heard that steam detects IP if you create new account they sent you in the same skill bracket you recently used is it true ?
