Be warned!
If someone from your friends list you normally don't talk to writes you up and asks for help then sends you a request to vote for his cs:go team don't click on the link.
If you already have and even worse tried to sign in with steam account giving your credential immediately change your password! You can check https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/SteamLoginHistory to see your login history and might find that someone already logged in who was not you. Keep track of your account and if needed change your password again.
Several of my friends and I myself have encountered this today.
